Bird Problems are a band made up of intense musicians who are unwilling to compromise. Weary of how remixes can impact the intent and spirit of their original music, they have refused all opportunities by reputable musicians to create remixes of their songs. Until now.

DJ Dave, who released the final entry in his DJ Dave Trilogy, 'Adventures in Fork Land' in 2019, has produced this official remix album to Bird Problem's 2020 EP, 'Beyond the Nest'. Heralded as one of the world's most promising prog-metal bands, it only made sense for them to team up with infamous producer DJ Dave for this project.

All four tracks from 'Beyond the Nest' are re-imagined here, woven into new forms and with traditional notions of music flipped on its head. "Are those vocals, or a hi-hat?" you may ask yourself while listening to this achievement in music. "No matter," you think as you cue up the project to listen again.
